摘要
总结了一所民营独资医院——浙江省义乌復元医院近年来通过在法人治理结构、人力资源、医疗质量、医护服务、经济运营等多方面实施精细化管理的具体做法,提出了在推行医院精细化管理过程中必须把握好的5方面工作:深刻掌握内涵、优化管理方法、量化考核指标、形成管理回路、不断总结提升。为大型民营医院和公立医院全面实施医院精细化管理,提供了可借鉴经验。
