2微米激光治疗前列腺增生症的临床观察

A Clinical Observation on Hyperplasia of Prostate Therapied by 2 micron Laser

目的观察经尿道2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法采用硬膜外或腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉,对287例良性前列腺增生症患者行经尿道2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术,观察手术时间、术中及术后输血量、术后留置导尿时间、术前和术后最大尿流率、术前和术后膀胱残余尿量。结果术中及术后24 h输血者5例,手术时间25~170 min,平均(55±21)min,术后留置导尿时间(4.8±1.1)d,最大尿流率由术前(6.7±2.1)ml/s增加至(25.3±3.7)ml/s,膀胱残余尿量由术前(89.72±15.3)ml降至(8.2±3.5)ml。结论经尿道2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）treated by transurethral 2 micron laser vaporization resection of prostatectomy.Methods With epidural or Lumbar epidural combined anesthesia,287 patients diagnosed benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral 2 micron laser vaporization resection of prostate,The following objects were obseved：operation time,the volume of blood transfusion intraoperative and postoperative,indwelling catheter time postoperative,maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume of bladder preoperative and postoperative.Result 5 patients received blood transfusion during intraoperative or 24 hours postoperative,operation time were 25-170 minutes,average（55±21）minutes,indwelling catheter time postoperative were（4.8±1.1）days,maximum urinary flow rate increased from（6.7±2.1） ml/s to（25.3±3.7） ml/s,residual urine volume of bladder reduced from（89.72±15.3） ml to（8.2±3.5） ml.Conclusion Transurethral 2 micron laser vaporization resection of the prostate is safe and effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
