正电子发射计算机断层显像在恶性肿瘤诊治中的作用研究

摘要 目的探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)在恶性肿瘤诊治中的作用。方法选择在我院治疗的恶性肿瘤病人100例,对其采常规取影像学检查和PET-CT检查,原发恶性肿瘤病灶经病理活检诊断,转移病灶经影像学检查+病理活检诊断,对比检查结果。结果 PET-CT检查的无转移及未发现病灶明显低于常规影像学检查(P<0.05);PET-CT检查的淋巴及其它部位转移数、转移病灶明显高于常规检查组(P<0.05)。结论正电子发射计算机断层显像可以提高恶性肿瘤在分期以及诊断方面的准确性,为制定临床治疗方案提供重要依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。
