肇庆市医院官方微信使用情况调查分析

Analyze the WeChat Platform Usage in the Hospitals of Zhaoqing City

目的调查医院的微信公众平台的使用现状及存在问题,为医院优化微信平台提供建议。方法收集肇庆地区二甲以上医院25所,对其微信公众订阅号或服务号推送的消息种类、阅读人数、栏目设置等进行分析,了解微信公众号使用情况。结果开通微信公众号的为15所,开通率为60%,消息种类主要有医院动态100%、政策宣传82.3%、健康科普52.9%、时事新闻41.1%、母婴知识17.6%、中医中药5.8%、其他100%。结论医院微信公众号整体运行状态良好,但也存在一定问题,医院可通过开发公众号高级功能,提供个性化服务、筛选推送消息种类、提高消息可读性等途径进一步完善医院微信公众号。

Objective To analyze their current conditions and existing problems of WeChat platforms and offer the suggestions on the optimization of the WeChat platforms.Method 25 general hospitals of level II or above in Zhaoqing city were collected.Based on their WeChat＇s subscription number and service number,the information types,number of readers and column settings were analyzed;the WeChat platform usage was counted.Result There were 15 hospitals with WeChat accounts;the rate of creating the accounts was 60%;based on the information types,the rate of publishing the hospital news,policies,health knowledge,current affairs,knowledge of infant mom,TCM drugs and other information was 100%,82.3%,52.9%,41.1%,17.6%,5.8% and 100%.Conclusion In general,the hospitals＇ WeChat accounts are favorably operated.However,there are some existing problems.Through the development of advanced functions,it is possible to offer the individualized service,screen the posts and improve the readability.The hospitals＇ WeChat accounts can be further completed.
