布比卡因腰麻与联合舒芬太尼腰麻在二次剖宫产麻醉中的效果比较

Comparison of Spinal Anesthesia Effect Between Bupivacainescombined with Sufentanil and Bupivacaine in Repeated Cesarean sSection

目的比较布比卡因腰麻与布比卡因联合舒芬太尼腰麻在二次剖宫产麻醉中应用效果。方法选取本院妇产科2015年6月至2016年6月行二次剖宫产术的86例患者为研究对象,采用数字表随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组采用布比卡因腰麻,观察组采用布比卡因复合舒芬太尼进行腰麻,比较两组的麻醉效果及不良反应。结果观察组的起效时间、无痛平面时间、感觉阻滞达最高时间短于对照组,镇痛时间长于对照组,取胎时疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的低血压、恶心、呕吐、瘙痒等不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组的寒战少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布比卡因复合舒芬太尼腰麻用于二次剖宫产术起效快、镇痛时间长,不良反应少,效果可靠。

Objective to compare the spinal anesthesia effect between bupivacainescombined with sufen- tanil and bupivacaine in repeated cesarean section. Methods 86 cases of repeated cesarean section patients in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into the observation group with 43 cases and the control group with 43 cases. The control group was given bupivacaine spinal anesthesia, the observation group were treated with bupivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural anesthesia, the two groups were compared of anesthesia effect and adverse reaction. Results The onset time, the painless plane time, sensory block reached the highest time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the analgesia time was longer than that in the control group, group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05） fetal pain score was lower than that in the control The incidence of hypotension, nausea, vomiting, itching and other adverse reactions in the observation group were no statistically significant with the control group（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Bupivacainescombined with sufentanil in spinal anesthesia for repeated cesarean section is fast onset, longer duration of analgesia and less adverse reaction, reliable effect.
