三江平原丹顶鹤和白枕鹤巢址生境选择对比分析

Nest Habitat Selection of Red-crowned crane and White-napped Crane in San Jiang Plain

本文利用定点观察法、GPS定位法、样方法对三江平原繁殖的丹顶鹤和白枕鹤巢址生境进行对比研究。结果表明:在三江平原,繁殖期丹顶鹤与白枕鹤对其巢址生境选择具有显著差异,丹顶鹤适合选择食物充足的地方作为巢址,而白枕鹤适合选择隐蔽条件好的地方作为巢址。

Both Red-crowned crane（Grus japonensis） and White-napped Crane（Grus vipio）are large waders. Because of habitat loss, their global populations are declining and are now endangered. Both Red-crowned crane and White-napped Crane are listed in CITES Appendix I（which bans all international trade in the species） are categorized as Endangered in the IUCN Red list, and are also listed in the First and Second Category of Protected Birds in China. During April to May 2016, a comparative study on the nest habitat selection of Red-crowned crane and White-napped Crane were investigated using GPS and direct observation in Sanjiang Plain. Results indicated that there are significant differences between red-crowned crane and white-napped crane on the nest habitat selection in Sanjiang Plain.
