劳动与社会保障专业是综合性、跨学科专业,培养具有扎实的社会调查和研究能力是学生走向社会的基本功。目前财经类大学该专业教学体系中方法论课程教学偏弱,难以有效满足学生社会调查能力培养要求,需加强和改进社会调查与研究方法教学,增加教学时间,改进教学方法,提高教学能力。

Labor and social security major is an interdisciplinary specialty. From the perspective of talent cultivation, students should have strong ability to do social investigation and research. At present, the design of methodology courses in this major in finance and economics universities can＇t meet the needs of cultivating students＇ research ability. Consequently, the methodology courses in finance and economics universities should be extended teaching time and improved teaching methods, which aims to Iift students＇ practical capacity.
