中药熏洗护理技术临床应用的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on clinical application of fumigation plus washing with traditional Chinese medicine

目的 对中药熏洗中医护理技术临床应用进行文献计量学分析,分析中药熏洗临床应用的现状,为开展相关研究提供依据.方法 计算机检索2000年1月1日—2015年12月31日发表于中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和万方数据库的中药熏洗护理技术临床应用的文献,对文献源进行整理,建立EXCEL数据表格,对中药熏洗护理技术相关文献进行数量、发表年份、地区分布情况、论文作者情况、研究资金资助情况、相关疾病分布等情况进行统计分析.结果 共纳入文献1294篇,2000—2003年年发表文献量在10篇以下,相对比较稳定,之后文献数量逐年增长,2012—2015年年发表文献量均在170篇以上.第一作者地区分布29个省、市、自治区,地区差异大,发文数量前5位的省份为广东、湖北、河南、江苏、浙江,发表文献594篇,占总数的45.9%.研究机构类型以中医院和综合性医院为主,文献被引用频次≥10次共70篇,有基金资助项目的50篇,中药熏洗护理技术临床应用较多的是骨科、肛直肠疾病、风湿系统疾病、糖尿病等相关疾病.结论 中药熏洗护理技术在临床应用的相关研究热度逐年上升,地域分布广泛,文献的基金资助少,文献被引用频次低,在今后的科研活动中,需要提高研究层次,以提升中医护理学整体研究水平.

ObjectiveThe bibliometric analyses were performed for clinical application and current status of fumigation plus washing with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） to provide evidence for correlational study.Methods The literature was searched on clinical application of TCM fumigation from China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database, which were published from 2000 to 2015. Then EXCEL spreadsheets about the literature were developed, and the relevant literature was analyzed statistically for the quantity of paper, publication year, regional distribution, author,citation, research funding, and disease distribution.Results A total of 1294 papers were included. The annual number of papaers published from 2000 to 2003 was steady （under 10 papers per year）; from then on, the number increased every year. From 2012 to 2015, more than 170 papers were published every year. The first authors were from 29 provinces, cities or autonomous regions across China with huge differences, and the top five regions were Guangdong, Hubei, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang that published 594 articles, accounting for 45.9% of the total number of the papers published. Hospitals were the main organizations, especially the TCM and comprehensive hospitals. There were only 70 papers which were cited more than 10 times, and only 50 papers getting the project fund. The authors have paid more attention to orthopedics, anal rectum disease, diabetes, rheumatic diseases, etc. Conclusions The clinical application of TCM fumigation technology has become increasingly popular,but a less funding support and lower citation frequency require that we need to improve research level in the future scientific activities for TCM nursing.
