版权保护问题已经成为制约MOOC发展的突出问题。针对MOOC版权存在的亟待解决的问题,建议采取扩大合理使用范围、培养版权服务专门人才、合理选择服务方式、及时解决版权纠纷等措施,以更好地促进MOOC实践的发展。

The copyright protection has become a prominent problem restricting the development of the MOOC. In view of the MOOC copyright problems to be solved, it is suggested that these measures should be taken to better promote the development of the MOOC practice ： expanding the scope, the rational use of training talents, taking reasonable copyright services, solving the copyright disputes in time and other measures should be taken in order.
