An Investigation of Reading Situation and Reading Promotion in Application-oriented Colleges

摘要 以江苏省应用型本科院校为例,对其阅读现状和阅读推广状况开展多维度、多层次的问卷调查。调查研究发现:外部大环境因素决定了应用型本科院校大学生更偏重应用型阅读;学生的自身因素是其阅读动力不足的主要原因。面对这一现状,文章指出了亟需改善的阅读推广方向与措施,以期能够助力应用型高校成功转型。 Taking application - oriented colleges of Jiangsu province as an example, this article makes an investigation of the present situation of reading and promotion by adopting multi - dimension and multi - level questionnaire, from different grades, different genders and different subjects. The results show that external environmental factors determine the application-oriented college students7 preference to practical reading, and that the individual internal factors of those students lead to their lack of reading motivation and information literacy and so on. The article clearly points out the direction and measures of improvement so as to help the successful transformation of application-oriented colleges.
