鄂尔多斯市资源经济发展问题研究

Research on the Development Problems of Resource Economy in Erdos City

鄂尔多斯市经济发展曾长期依赖于农业,进入新世纪后,随着我国工业化、城市化的推进,鄂尔多斯市依托资源优势,实现了经济的跨越式发展,GDP增长速度连续多年高达20%以上。2007年美国爆发金融危机,影响逐步波及我国沿海及内陆城市,鄂尔多斯市的经济增长速度明显下滑,2015年GDP增长速度降至8%左右。经济巨幅振动引发了物价飞涨、民间借贷危机、楼市崩盘等一系列的经济社会现象,经济的发展是不可持续的。对此,通过分析鄂尔多斯市经济特征,找出该市经济波动的原因,最后提出促进鄂尔多斯市经济可持续发展的路径。

The economic development of Erdos City used to depend on agriculture.After the new century,with the development of industrialization and urbanization in China,relying on the resource advantages,Erdos city achieve leap development in economy.GDP growth rate had beyond 20% for many years.The financial crisis broke out in 2007 and the impact of crisis gradually spread from costal to inland cities in China.The economic growth has declined significantly and the GDP growth rate of Erdos City dropped to8%in 2015.The huge economic vibration led to many social and economic phenomenon such as:high price level、private loan crisis and the real estate market crash.The economic development cannot sustain.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Erdos City,also finds out the reason of economic fluctuation,and then puts forward the way to promote the economic sustainable development.
