Determination of alkyl mercury in water using fully automatic alkyl mercury analysis system

摘要 采用四丙基硼化钠对水环境中的甲基汞和乙基汞进行衍生化,全自动烷基汞分析系统测定水中的甲基汞和乙基汞,与气相色谱法和高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法相比,该方法操作简单、快速、环保。在设定条件下,甲基汞和乙基汞的检出限分别为0.002,0.005 ng/L,相关系数均达到1.000,在空白样分别加标25,40 pg进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.9%(n=8),加标回收率在93.8%~107.3%之间。方法的建立能满足实际水质监测的工作需要。 The sodium tetraphenyl boron is used to derivative process for the methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in water environment,and then the fully automatic alkyl mercury analysis system could determine the methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in water,compared with the gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,the method is simple,quick and environmental.Under set conditions,the detection limit of the methyl mercury and ethyl mercury are 0.002 ng/L and 0.005 ng/L and both of correlation coefficient reach to 1.000.The mix standard working fluids of the methyl mercury and ethyl mercury with quality of 25,40 pg are added into the blank water sample for detection.The relative standard deviation of the result is 1.4% to 3.9%(n=8),and the marked percent recovery is between 93.8% and 107.3%.The method could meet the requirement of the practical water quality monitoring work.
