摘要
以某轧钢厂酸洗液中和反应渣为原料,采用水热法制备半水硫酸钙晶须。系统研究了反应温度、反应时间和镁离子对半水硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对晶须产品进行了表征。结果表明,利用中和渣可以制备半水硫酸钙晶须。最佳制备条件:料浆质量分数为5%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为20 min,硫酸镁质量分数低于4%。以中和反应渣为原料制备半水硫酸钙晶须,实现了中和反应渣的综合利用,为轧钢厂酸性废水的综合治理提供了新思路。
Taking the neutralization reaction residue of acid pickling solution of a rolling mill as raw material,hydrothermal method was applied for the preparation of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and Mg2+ on the morphology of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers were investigated and the whiskers products were characterized by means of XRD and SEM.Results indicated that hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers can be prepared by using neutralization slag.The optimal conditions for preparing whiskers were obtained:the pulp mass fraction was 5%,the re-action temperature was 120 ℃ ,the hydrothermal reaction time was 20 min,and the magnesium sulfate mass fraction was 4%. The research has realized the comprehensive utilization of neutralization reaction residue and provided a new idea for compre-hensive treatment of acidic wastewater in rolling mill.
