云南特困地区特岗教师队伍建设影响因素分析

摘要 自2006年农村义务教育阶段实施"特岗计划"十年以来,农村特岗教师队伍得到了一定程度的壮大,为农村义务教育事业注入了新的活力。但是,一些特困地区的特岗教师队伍建设还存在很多的问题,为探究"特岗计划"在云南省特困地区的实施效果以及特岗教师队伍建设、激励机制的现状,本研究以云南省梁河县为例随机抽取了100名特岗教师作为有效被试进行了调查,在问卷和访谈的基础上分析总结出特困地区特岗教师队伍建设的影响因素,主要有以下四个方面:教师编制、薪酬待遇、专业发展、激励机制。 Since 2006,when the program of"Special Posts"was carried out in the period of the rural compulsory education,the teachers' team on the special posts have expanded in some degree,and it has put some new workforce to the rural compulsory teaching.However,there are still some problems in the construction of the special post teachers in some destitute areas,in order to know the effect of the special post program and the present situation of the construction and the system of the encouragement of the program,the probe was carried out on 100 special posts of the teachers e randomly in Lianghe country in Yunnan Province,with the summary and analysis,the factors influencing the construction of special posts teachers' team in the poor areas are given out,which are as follows:the preparation of teachers,salaries,the development in majors,and the encourage system.
