互联网的发展被认为是第三次工业革命,将全面改变人类的认知方式与工作生活。一切变革的先导是思想观念,各行各业都在利用互联网思维发展自身,开放大学的变革发展更不应忽视互联网思维。通过对互联网思维进行研究,笔者认识到提供最优质资源,改善远程教育学习体验,采用扁平化管理,将会提升和壮大开放大学的办学实力。

The development of internet is considered as the third industrial revolution and it will change human, s congnitive style, work and life. The idea leads the changes and people in all walks of life are making progress using advantages of internent thinking. The internet thinking should be taken into consideration in the reform and development of open university. The resourses with good quality, the perfection of learning experience in distance education and flat management will boost the development of open university.
