突发性耳聋不同治疗方法的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Curative Effect of Different Treatment Methods of Sudden Deafness

目的对突发性耳聋不同疗法的临床效果进行分析和评价。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院耳科诊治的76例突发性耳聋患者作为该次研究对象,通过随机数字表法分成探究组和对比组,均为38例,对比组应用常规西医药治疗,探究组同时加用中医药治疗,均连续治疗4周,对比两组临床效果和不良反应情况,包括恶心、呕吐、头晕等,并检测治疗前后血尿常规和肝肾功能常规。结果治疗4周后,探究组总有效率为94.7%,对比组为78.9%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,探究组患者0.25~4 k Hz不同频率的听力提升值分别是(27.9±5.8)、(27.1±6.2)、(25.6±7.8)、(24.3±5.5)、(13.0±4.2)d B均分别高于对比组的(19.0±6.1)、(16.8±5.7)、(15.5±6.3)、(14.6±4.0)、(10.4±4.6)d B,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗中均未出现明显不良反应。结论在突发性耳聋治疗中,采取中西结合疗法效果更确切,可有效改善症状,促进听力恢复,且安全性较高,临床应用价值重大。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect of different treatment methods of sudden deafness.Methods Convenient selection 76 cases of patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group applied the routine western medicine treatment, while the study group added the traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for four weeks in a row, and the clinical effect and adverse reactions including nausea,vomiting and headache were compared between the two groups and the blood and urine routine and renal and liver function routine indexes before and after treatment were tested. Results After four-week treatment, the difference in the total effective rate between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(94.7% vs 78.9%)(P<0.05), after treatment, the hearing improvement values at 0.25 ~4 k Hz frequencies in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(27.9±5.8),(27.1±6.2),(25.6±7.8),(24.3±5.5),(13.0±4.2)d B vs(19.0±6.1),(16.8±5.7),(15.5±6.3),(14.6±4.0),(10.4 ±4.6)d B], and the differences were obvious(P <0.05), and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of Chinese and western medicine therapy in sudden deafness is definite, which can effectively improve the symptoms and promote the hearing recovery with high safety, and the clinical application value is significant.
