摘要
目的探讨肺癌放射治疗致放射性肺炎的临床疗效分析。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年1月在该院肿瘤科行肺癌放射治疗的116例患者的临床资料,均采用6MV-X线照射,照射剂量遵照中国抗癌指南常规照射,对照组58例仅给予放疗,观察组58例放疗期间给予药物干预,比较两组患者放射性肺炎发生率、白细胞下降发生率以及患者身体机能情况。结果观察组放射性肺炎发生率为10.34%,明显低于对照组的31.03%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞下降发生率为24.14%,明显低于对照组的60.34%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床影像生理评分(CRP)及身体机能状态量表(KPS)评分分别为(5.76±1.48)分、(70.31±9.08)分与对照组的(4.25±1.39)分、(77.43±7.85)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌放射治疗致放射性肺炎的发生几率较高,临床采用预防治疗措施可有效降低放射性肺炎发生率,防止白细胞下降,提高患者放疗耐受性。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Lung cancer radiation in treatment of radiation pneumonitis.Methods 116 cases of patients with lung cancer radiation in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and adopted the 6MV-X ray radiation, and the radiation dose was the routine radiation according to the Chinese anticancer guideline, and the patients were divided into two groups with 58 cases in each, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the chemotherapy and drug intervention, and the incidence rate of radiation pneumonitis, incidence rate of neutropenia and physical organ situation of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of radiation pneumonitis in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(10.34% vs31.03%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after treatment, the incidence rate of neutropenia in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(24.14% vs 60.34%), and the difference between groups was obvious(P<0.05), after treatment, there were obvious differences in the clinical imaging physical score and physical organ state scale between the observation group and the control group were obvious[(5.76±1.48)points,(70.31±9.08)points vs(4.25±1.39)points,(77.43±7.85)points](P<0.05). Conclusion The occurrence probability of lung cancer radiation in treatment of radiation pneumonitis is higher, and the predictive treatment measures in clinic can effectively reduce the incidence rate of radiation pneumonitis and prevent the neutropenia and improve the tolerance of chemotherapy of patients.
