介入化疗配合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Interventional Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探讨介入化疗配合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2008年9月—2013年8月收治的26例中晚期宫颈癌患者应用介入化疗加放射治疗后,评价近期临床疗效及治疗后的3、5年生存率。结果 26例均随访3年以上,3年死亡率15.4%(4/26),3年生存率84.6%(22/26);18例随访5年以上其中死亡5例,5年死亡率27.7%(5/18),5年生存率72.2%(13/18)。结论介入化疗配合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可以提高治疗有效率,改善生存质量。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods Convenient selection 26 cases of patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2008 to August 2013 were selected and applied the interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and the short-term clinical curative effect and 3-year and 5-year survival rates after treatment were evaluated. Results 26 cases were followed up for three years, and the 3-year death rate and survival rate were respectively 15.4%(4/26) and 84.6%(22/26) and 18 cases were followed up for more than 5 years, and 5 cases died and 5-year death rate and survival rate were respectively 27.7%(5/18) and 72.2%(13/18). Conclusion The interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treatment of advanced cervical cancer can improve the treatment effective rate and improve the survival quality.
