摘要
目的分析高压氧结合基础治疗牙周病临床效果。方法随机选取2016年4月—2017年4月期间该院收治的100例牙周病患者,将其抽签化分组,两组各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用基础治疗和高压氧结合基础治疗。结果观察组患者的牙龈出血率(2.00%)、牙周炎症率(2.00%)、牙龈形态恢复率(98.00%)、总有效率(96.00%)、PD(1.22±0.76)mm、BI(0.69±0.32)、AL(1.32±1.16)mm均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧结合基础治疗牙周病患者效果显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high pressure oxygen and basic treatment for periodontosis. Methods Random selection 100 cases of patients with periodontosis admitted and treated in our hospital from Apirl 2016 to April2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with basic method and high pressure oxygen and basic method. Results The bleeding rate of gums, peridentitis rate, recovery rate of gingival morphology, total effective rate, PD, BI and AL were respectively 2.00%,2.00%, 98.00%, 96.00%,(1.22±0.76)mm,(0.69±0.32) and(1.32±1.16)mm, which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of high pressure oxygen and basic treatment for periodontosis is obvious, and the safety is high.
