宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗不孕不育临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopic Oviduct Liquid Instillation in Treatment of Infertility

目的探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管道通液治疗不孕不育的临床分析。方法整群选取2015年7月—2016年7月来该院治疗不孕不育的患者148例,并按照随机的原则,将患者平均分为对照组与实验组。对照组74例患者行普通输卵管通液治疗,实验组74例患者行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗,对两组患者治疗后输卵管的通畅性进行比较分析。结果手术后,实验组患者输卵管通畅的有52例,通而不畅或一侧通畅的有18例,阻塞的有4例。对照组输卵管通畅的有42例,通而不畅的或一侧通畅的有21例,阻塞的有11例。另外手术后1个月,对两组患者手术后输卵管通畅性进行输卵管造影检查,对两组患者治疗前后的X线片检查发现,输卵管出现持续堵塞的部位大多在输卵管远端。结论对不孕不育患者行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗,可有效疏通输卵管,且对宫腔内出现的病变可及时发现,可对临床治疗产生有效的指导作用,临床价值较高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical analysis of hysteroscopic oviduct liquid instillation in treatment of infertility.Methods Group selection 148 cases of patients with infertility in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 74 cases in each, the control group adopted the common oviduct liquid instillation, while the experimental group adopted the hysteroscopic oviduct liquid instillation, and the liquidity of oviduct liquid was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After surgery, there were 52 cases with tubal patency, and 18 cases were accessible but not smooth and 4 cases were obstructive in the experimental group, and in the control group, there were 42 cases with tubal patency, 21 cases were accessible but not smooth and 11 cases were obstructive, in addition, after 1-month surgery, the tubal patency were given the hysterosalpingography after surgery, and the X ray film examination of the two groups before and after treatment showed that the continuous obstruction of oviducts was mostly in distal tubal.Conclusion Hysteroscopic oviduct liquid instillation in treatment of infertility can effectively promote the tubal patency, discover the lesions in uterine cavity in time, and it can produce the effective guidance effect on the clinical treatment with higher clinical value, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
