摘要
目的研究子宫输卵管造影应用在辅助生殖技术助孕中的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2014年8月—2016年2月收治的220例拟行辅助生殖技术的不孕女性患者为研究对象,采用常规子宫输卵管造影术对其进行检查,对子宫输卵管造影术中的子宫显影情况进行观察,并且将其和超声造影、常规阴道超声检查结果进行对比分析。结果220例患者中有83例患者存在异常现象,22例为子宫黏膜下肌瘤,15例为单纯宫腔内膜增生,7例为宫腔粘连狭窄,28例为子宫内膜息肉或者息肉样增生,11例为子宫畸形;超声造影的诊断准确率为85.9%,特异性为93.7%,敏感性为69.1%,阴性预测值为80.3%,阳性预测值为89.0%;阴道超声的诊断准确率为87.7%,特异性为97.8%,敏感性为71.1%,阴性预测值为84.8%,阳性预测值为95.2%,子宫输卵管造影诊断结果和阴道超声诊断结果、超声造影诊断结果之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫输卵管造影应用在辅助生殖技术助孕中的临床价值显著,值得广泛推广。
Objective To research the clinical value of hysterosalipingography in the assisted reproductive technology fertility-promotion. Methods Convenient selection 220 cases of females with infertility with assisted reproductive technology admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected and adopted the routine hysterosalipingography, and the uterine development in hysterosalipingography was observed and the results and ultrasonic contrast and routine transvaginal ultrasound results were compared and analyzed. Results Of 220 cases, 83 cases were abnormal, 22 cases were with submucosal myoma of uterus, 15 cases were with simple hyperplasia endometrii, 7 cases were with intrauterine adhesion stenosis, 28 cases were with endometrial polyp or polypoid hyperplasia, 11 cases were with uterine malformations, and the diagnosis accurate rate, specificity, sensitivity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of ultrasound contrast were respectively 85.9%, 93.7%, 69.1%, 80.3%, 89.0%, and of the vaginal ultrasound were respectively87.7%, 97.8%, 71.1%, 84.8% and 95.2%, and the difference in the diagnosis result among the hysterosalpingography, vaginal diagnosis and ultrasound diagnosis was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of hysterosalipingography in the assisted reproductive technology fertility-promotion is obvious, which is worth wide promotion.
