对幽门螺杆菌引起的胃溃疡患者使用三联疗法进行治疗效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Triple Therapy for Patients with Gastric Ulcer Caused by Helicobacter Pylori

目的探讨三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡临床应用效果。方法按照随机方法将2016年1—12月期间该院收治的92例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者分为研究组(n=46)、对照组(n=46),其中研究组给予埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗,对照组接受奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗。记录两组幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡治疗效果、不良反应(药物相关)发生率。结果经相应方案治疗后研究组具有较对照组更为理想的临床总有效率(P<0.05),两组总有效率分别为89.13%、65.22%;研究组给药3、7 d后具有分别高达67.39%、84.78%患者幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃溃疡症状得到改善,而对照组奥美拉唑三联疗法给药3、7 d后仅分别具有41.30%、60.87%患者相关症状得到改善(P<0.05);两组用药1 d后相关症状改善率对比并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物治疗期间两组药物相关不良反应发生率对比并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应(药物相关)发生率分别为8.70%、10.87%。结论埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡有效性、安全性均较优。

Objective To study the effect of triple therapy for patients with gastric ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori.Methods 92 cases of patients with gastric ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the research group and the control group respectively adopted the esomeprazole triple therapy and omeprazole triple therapy, and the helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer treatment effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in the research group was more ideal than that in the control group(89.13% vs 65.22%)(P<0.05), and the indexes in the research group after 3 d and 7 d administration were respectively 67.39% and 84.78%, and in the control group were respectively 41.30% and 60.87%, and the relevant symptoms were improved(P<0.05), and after 1d medication, there was no obvious difference in the improvement rate of related symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05),and three was no obvious difference in the incidence rate of drug related adverse reactions during the treatment period(P>0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was respectively 8.70% and 10.87%. Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of esomeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori are better.
