甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Methotrexate and Mifepristone in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的分析和评估甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法方便选择该院于2012年3月—2016年3月间收治的107例宫外孕患者为研究主体。按住院顺序为A组和B组,分别是55例与52例。A组给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,B组给予米非司酮单纯治疗。对比临床各项指标(包块症状消失时间、阴道止血时间、血β-HCG水平与腹痛症状消失时间)与疗效。结果 A组的包块症状消失时间(14.25±3.44)d、阴道止血时间(11.80±4.36)d、血β-HCG水平(1 335.22±201.62)IU/m L与腹痛症状消失时间(8.91±2.73)d均小于B组[(24.41±6.50)d、(23.44±5.61)d、(1 913.58±281.64)IU/m L、(15.83±4.92)d],对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的治疗总有效率是96.36%,B组是84.62%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为宫外孕患者采取甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,可显著纠正其临床指标,促进病情恢复,治疗效果较佳,可推广。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of methotrexate and mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 107 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 convenient were selected and divided into the group A with 55 cases and the group B with 52 cases, and the group A and group B were respectively treated with methotrexate and mifepristone and simple mifepristone, and various clinical indexes such as symptom disappearance time, vaginal hemostasis time, blood β-HCG level and bellyache disappearance time and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The mass symptom disappearance time, vaginal hemostasis time, blood β-HCG level and bellyache disappearance time in the group A were lower than those in the group B[(14.25±3.44)d,(11.80±4.36)d,(1 335.22±201.62)IU/m L,(8.91±2.73)d vs(24.41±6.50)d,(23.44±5.61)d,(1 913.58±281.64)IU/m L,(15.83±4.92)d], and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05), and the difference in the total effective rate between the group A and group B was obvious with statistical significance,(96.36% vs 84.62%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The methotrexate and mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy can obviously correct the clinical indexes and promote the disease recovery, and the treatment effect is better, which can be promoted.
