舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing in the Rehabilitation of Patients after the Laparoscopic Gallbladder Hysterectomy

目的分析舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法方便选取2015年6月—2017年2月在该院就诊的96例腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组,各有48例患者;对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用舒适护理;对比分析两组患者术后平均进食时间、平均下床活动时间、平均住院时间、并发症发生率和满意率。结果实验组患者术后平均进食时间(18.68±4.78)h、平均下床活动时间(28.86±6.13)h、平均住院时间(5.10±1.18)h,均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率为6.25%,显著的低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。实验组满意率为97.92%;显著的高于对照组(81.25%)(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有助于患者术后的康复,减少患者并发症的发生率,提高患者的满意率,在临床中具有推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the comfort nursing effect in the rehabilitation of patients after the laparoscopic gallbladder hysterectomy. Methods 96 cases of patients after the laparoscopic gallbladder hysterectomy diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group and the experimental group respectively adopted the routine nursing method and comfort nursing, and the average dieting time, average time to get out of bed, average length of stay, incidence rate of complications and satisfactory rate were compared between the two groups. Results The average eating time, average time to get out of bed and average length of stay in the experimental group were respectively(18.68±4.78),(28.86±6.13) and(5.10±1.18)h, which were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group(6.25% vs 16.67%)(P<0.05), and the satisfactory rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(97.92% vs 81.25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing contributes to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, reducing the incidence rate of complications and improving the satisfactory rate of patients, and it is of promotion and application value in clinic.
