中医活血化瘀法治疗冠心病的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Huoxue Huayu Method in Treatment of Contrary Heart Diseases

目的分析中医活血化瘀法治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将随机选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的100例冠心病患者分为对照组(单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗)及观察组(中医活血化瘀法治疗)各50例,对两组临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果观察组不良反应发生率6%,对照组不良反应发生率16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血脂差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医活血化瘀法治疗冠心病效果理想且安全性高,可明显改善其生活质量,值得在今后临床治疗工作中作为优选方案推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of huoxue huayu method in treatment of contrary heart diseases. Methods 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets and huoxue huayu method, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（6% vs 16%）（P〈0.05）, before treat-ment, there was no obvious difference in the blood liquid （ P〉0.05）. and after treatment, the difference was statistically sig nificant（ P〈0.05）, and the difference in the quality of life between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of huoxue huayu method in treatment of contrary heart diseases is ideal with high safety, which can obviously improve the quality of life, and it is worth promotion and application in the future clinical treatment work.
