身痛逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗风湿关节痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Shentong Zhuyu Deciction and Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Rheumatic Arthralgia

目的观察分析风湿关节痛患者采用身痛逐淤汤配合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的101例风湿关节痛患者按照不同的治疗方法随机分为实验组(51例,采用身痛逐淤汤配合针灸治疗)和对照组(50例,仅仅采用针灸治疗),通过视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价两组患者疼痛情况,对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后VAS评分情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率(94.1%)显著高于对照组(82.0%),实验组患者治疗后1个月VAS评分(4.23±1.34)分、2个月VAS评分(2.13±1.12)分均明显低于对照组(5.08±2.01)分、(3.41±1.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿关节痛患者采用身痛逐淤汤配合针灸治疗的效果良好,可有效缓解患者疼痛,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of shentong zhuyu deciction and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatic arthralgia. Methods 101 cases of patients with rheumatic arthralgia admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, the experimental group with 51 cases were treated with shentong zhuyu deciction and acupuncture and moxibustion, while the control group with 50 cases were only treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the pains situation of the two groups was evaluated by the VAS scores and the treatment effect and VAS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （94.1% vs 82.0%）, after 1-month treatment, the VAS scores in 1 month and 2 months in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group [（4.23±1.34）points, （2.13±1.12）points vs （5.08±2.01）points,（3.41±1.69）points], and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of shentong zhuyu deciction and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatic arthralgia is good, which can effectively relieve the pains of patients, and it is worth wide promotion and application.
