水泥-石灰石粉浆体氯离子浓聚性能研究

摘要 通过测定水泥-石灰石粉浆体孔溶液中自由氯离子含量以及XRD物相分析,研究其氯离子浓聚性能。结果表明,水泥-石灰石粉浆体氯离子浓聚系数随氯离子浓度的增加逐渐降低。氯离子浓度为0.1 mol/L时,浓聚系数随石灰石粉掺量的增加先增后减,掺10%、20%、30%石灰石粉的浆体氯离子浓聚系数比未掺石灰石粉的浆体分别增加9.1%、98.2%、94.2%;浓聚系数随石灰石粉细度的增加先减后增,石灰石粉比表面积为608 m^2·kg^(-1)、807 m^2·kg^(-1)的浆体氯离子浓聚系数比掺412 m^2·kg^(-1)石灰石粉的浆体分别降低45.3%、29.9%。水泥-石灰石粉浆体Zeta电位随氯离子浓度增加逐渐降低,随石灰石粉掺量增加先增后降,随石灰石粉细度的增加先减后增。Mg^(2+)作用下,水泥-石灰石粉浆体氯离子浓聚系数明显升高,Friedel盐含量增多,氯离子固化能力增强,固化能力随石灰石粉掺量增加逐渐增强,随石灰石粉细度增加先增后降。 The free chlorine ion content of the pore solution and XRD phase analysis of cement-ground limestone pastes were measured and the performance of chloride ion condensation was investigated. The results show that: The condensation index of the cement-ground limestone pastes decreases with concentration of chlorine ion. When the concentration of chlorine ion is 0. 1 mol/L,the condensation index increases and then decreases with the content of ground limestone,the condensation index of the pastes with 10%,20%,30% ground limestone increases by 9. 1%,98. 2%,94. 2% comparing to the pastes without ground limestone. The condensation index decreases and then increases with the fineness of ground limestone and the condensation index of the pastes with 608 m^2·kg^-1,807 m^2·kg^-1ground limestone decreases by 45. 3%,29. 9% comparing to the pastes with 412 m^2·kg^-1ground limestone.Zeta potential of the pastes decreases with the concentration of chlorine ions,first increases and then decreases with the content of ground limestone,first decreases and then increases with the fineness of ground limestone. Under the effect of Mg^2+,the condensation index of the pastes increases significantly.The content of the Friedel's salt in the pastes increases,and the immobilizing ability of Cl-- increases with the content of ground limestone. The immobilizing ability of Cl-- increases and then decreases with the fineness of ground limestone.
