摘要
以莫桑比克安夸贝石墨浮选精矿为原矿,根据其性质,采用化学提纯方法,通过对碱的用量、焙烧温度、混酸种类和用量、反应温度及时间等因素进行试验研究,确定适宜的反应条件。研究结果表明:采用氢氟酸法将品位为95.99%的大鳞片石墨提纯至99.98%,采用碱酸法提纯至99.96%。
The chemical purification methods were used according to the properties of the flotation concentrates of Ancuabe graphite ore in Mozambique. The appropriate reaction conditions were determined by the experimental study of the amount of alkali,roasting temperature,the type and amount of acid,reaction temperature and time,and other factors. The results show that the flake graphite of grade 95. 99% is purified to 99. 98% by hydrofluoric acid method,and purified to 99. 96% by alkali acid method.
