摘要
以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,高碳铬铁合金渣为辅助原料,采用高温发泡法制备出一种新型粉煤灰隔热耐火砖,并系统研究了助熔剂掺量、辅助原料掺量以及发泡剂种类等对隔热耐火砖性能的影响。结果表明:借助于高温发泡法,所制备出的隔热耐火砖,其体积密度≤500 kg·m^(-3)、常温抗压强度≥6 MPa、1250℃下加热永久线变化≤2%,是一种轻质高强且低导热的隔热耐火材料。
A new kind of insulating firebrick was fabricated,with high-alumina fly ash as the main raw material and high-carbon ferrochrome slag as the auxiliary raw material,by a high-temperature foaming method. The effects of the amount of sintering aids,the mix proportions of auxiliary raw materials and the type and amount of foaming agent on the performance of the insulating firebrick were systematically studied. Results show that the bulk density,compression strength and the heating permanent line change at 1250 ℃ of the insulating firebrick are ≤500 kg·m^-3,≥ 6 MPa and ≤2%,respectively. Thus,it proves to be a kind of light-weight,high-strength and low-thermal-conductivity fireproofing material.
