摘要 核酸干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)技术代表医药领域一项革命性突破,已成为药物研发的前沿领域。小核酸药物是利用RNAi技术沉默特定基因以达到治疗疾病之目的。小核酸药物有很强的靶向性,故在癌症的诊断、预后、治疗特别是指导肿瘤个体化精准用药方面具有较好的临床应用前景,是肿瘤生物治疗领域的一个新亮点。本文主要对小核酸药物抗肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。 RNA interference (RNA interference, RNAi) technology is a revolutionary breakthrough in biomedical science, and has become a frontier field of drug research and development. Small nucleic acid drugs are used in diseases treatment based on the silencing of specific genes with RNAi. With the target specificity, the small nucleic acid drugs have potential application in diagnosis, prognosis, treatment of cancer, and also in guidance of personalized medicine for tumor biotherapy. This review covers the latest research advances of small nucleic acid drugs in cancer therapy.
