The design plan for Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau Lishui Branch, while keeping an inherent system of its own, perfectly blend with public space through the urban design technique. It shapes a distinctive building image of city complex characterized by wholeness and diversity from three aspects： planning and design, architectural design and energy conservation and environmental protection.
