摘要
同城物流配送,作为一项物流活动中的短途末端配送服务,与人们的生活密切相关。由于传统货运市场存在着散、乱、脏、差等特点,忙时忙不过来,闲时又特别闲,市场利用率极低,"O2O+同城货运配送"成为了货运行业的创新点,通过O2O模式能够有效解决同城货物配送的问题,为货主、用户等提供更好的服务。采用文献研究和实地调研法,梳理同城货运发展现状,对其优劣势进行分析,通过云鸟配送和速派得的案例研究,挖掘同城货运平台的运行模式和创新点,为我国同城货运企业未来发展提出对策建议。
City logistics and distribution,as a short-distance delivery service,is closely related to peopled life. Because the traditional freight market is scattered and messy with a low utilization rate caused by high and low seasons,city freight distribution in the 020 mode has become an innovation point for the freight in-dustry. The 020 mode can effectively solve the city delivery problem and provide better service for users. Literature research and field research methods have been used to clarify the current situation of city freight development and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Based on a case study of Yunniao and Spider freight platforms,the operating mode and innovation point of city freight platform has been analyzed with countermeasures put forward for the development of city freight enterprises in China.
