农村金融深化、财政支农与农民增收

A Study on the Relationship Between Rural Finance Deepening and Farmers' Income Increase in China

首先对我国农民收入和农村金融现状及关系进行理论分析,以此为基础,基于我国东部、中部、西部及全国2000~2015年的农村金融和农民收入相关数据建立面板模型,实证分析了农村金融发展、政府财政支付对于农民增收的影响。结果表明,总体而言,农村地区金融网点数量和工作人员数量的增加对于提升农民收入有一定帮助,农村地区金融规模的扩大有助于提高农民收入,政府财政支出对于提升农民收入效果不明显,非农就业能够提高农民收入。以上影响在各地区存在一定差异。文章认为要进一步发展农村金融服务、增加农民收入,就需要拓展农村金融服务范围,创新农村金融服务体系,提高财政支出效率,给农民提供更多的就业机会。

Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and relationship between farmers＇ income and rural finance. Based on that,we built panel model with the data of 2000-2015 from eastern,central,western,national,mean while,it analyze the impact of rural financial development on farmers＇ income empirically. The results show that the increase in the number of financial outlets and staff can increase the income of farmers to some degree,the expansion of financial scale also can increase the income of farmers,and government fiscal expenditure is not obvious to improve the income of farmers,non-farm employment can increase farmers＇ income. There are some differences in the above affects.At the end of this paper some advisable suggestions for this articles research result are offered.
