新常态下我国战略性新兴产业创新发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Innovation and Development of Newly Emerging Industries Under the New Normal in China

战略性新兴产业是我国政府在新常态下,从经济发展的战略性、长远性及可持续性的角度出发做出的决定。文章基于经济新常态和供给侧改革的背景,分析了我国战略性新兴产业在研发资金投入、高级技术人才数量、核心技术掌握等方面的制约因素,并借鉴国外发展新兴产业成功的经验,探索了新常态下我国战略性新兴产业创新发展的路径。这对我国战略性新兴产业的健康发展具有重要指导意义,对其他产业的供给侧创新和改革亦具有重要的借鉴价值。

The strategic newly emerging industries are the decisions made by the Chinese government under the new normal,which comes from the aspect of economic development in strategic meaning,long standing and sustainability. Based on the background of the new normal of economic growth and reforms on supply-side,the constraints of development of strategic newly emerging industries are analyzed,and the path of innovation and development of which are investigated in this paper. It will play great role in the healthy development of the newly emerging industries,and there will be reference significance for the innovation and reforms on supply-side in other industries.
