“一带一路”背景下人民币国际化问题研究

Research on the Internationalization of RMB Under “The Belt and Road” Background

人民币国际化进程已取得了显著进展,跨境贸易规模逐年扩大、国际流通性不断加强,并且被纳入SDR。"一带一路"战略全面实施带来的投资需求有助于我国产业结构调整及加快人民币资金融通。但同时"一带一路"战略对我国离岸金融市场、支付清算系统、金融监管体系等方面提出了更高的要求。因此,保持稳定的政治格局和经济实力、加快支付清算系统建设、完善金融监管体系并加强国际协作应当成为"一带一路"战略背景下推进人民币国际化的策略之选。

RMB internationalization process has made remarkable progress,the cross-border trade has expanded each year,international liquidity has been strengthened and has been decided to can join the SDR. The implementation of ＂The Belt and Road＂initiative will expand the investment demand and thus will help us to restructure our industry so that we can join the global industrial chain faster and accelerate the RMB financing. But at the same time,＂The Belt and Road＂initiative has put forward higher requirements for all aspects,such as China offshore financial markets,payment and settlement systems,financial regulatory system etc. Therefore,to maintain a stable political situation and economic strength,accelerate the construction of the payment and settlement system,improve the financial regulatory system and strengthen the international cooperation should be regard as the best measures to promote the internationalization of RMB under＂The Belt and Road＂background.
