西花蓟马取食二斑叶螨危害的番茄植株后体内酶活性的变化 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨番茄植株受二斑叶螨危害后产生的诱导防御反应对西花蓟马的作用,研究了不同密度(5头/片和15头/片)二斑叶螨危害不同时间(3 d、5 d和7 d)的番茄植株对后取食的西花蓟马体内酶活性的影响。结果表明,西花蓟马取食二斑叶螨危害的番茄叶片后,其体内保护酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)]和解毒酶[羧酸酯酶(Car E)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)和多功能氧化酶(MFO)]的活性与取食健康番茄叶片相比有明显的差异。西花蓟马体内SOD活性不论其取食二斑叶螨何种危害密度和时间的番茄叶片均受到明显抑制,在取食二斑叶螨5头/片和15头/片3个危害时间的番茄叶片后,较取食健康番茄叶片分别下降了15.8%、27.7%、14.4%和26.4%、8.8%、17.3%。西花蓟马体内POD、CAT、Car E、GSTs和MFO活性均在其取食二斑叶螨5头/片危害3 d的番茄叶片时最高,分别较取食健康番茄叶片上升了126.4%、17.7%、7.2%、6.7%和17.1%。5种酶活性均随密度的增加和危害时间的延长表现下降趋势,但不同酶活性的变化过程不同。以上结果说明,二斑叶螨取食诱导番茄植株产生了一定的防御反应,并引起西花蓟马体内保护酶和解毒酶活性的明显变化。 In order to explore the effect of induced defensive responses of tomato plant damaged by Tetranychus urticae on Frankliniella occidentalis,the influences of tomato plant damaged by T. urticae at different densities( 5 mites/leaf,15 mites/leaf) and different time( 3 d,5 d,7 d) on enzymes activities of F. occidentalis were detected. The results showed that when F. occidentalis fed on tomato plant damaged by T. urticae,the activities of protective enzymes( POD,CAT and SOD) and defensive enzymes( Car E,GSTs and MFO) in thrips were different from those in thrips feeding on healthy tomato plant. The activities of SOD in thrips were inhibited no matter which density and damage time of T. urticae. When thrips fed on tomato leaf damaged by T. urticae at the density of 5 mites/leaf and 15 mites/leaf for three periods,the activities of SOD were reduced by 15. 8%,27. 7%,14. 4%,and 26. 4%,8. 8%,17. 3% respectively.The enzyme activities of POD,CAT,Car E,GSTs and MFO were highest in thrips feeding on tomato plantdamaged by T. urticae at the density of 5 mites/leaf for 3 days,and increased by 126. 4%,17. 7%,7. 2%,6. 7% and 17. 1% respectively. The activities of the five enzymes all showed a downward trend with density increase and time extension,while the changes of protective and defensive enzymes were different. These results indicated that damage of T. urticae could induce the defensive responses of tomato plant,and cause the significant changes of protective and defensive enzymes activities of F. occidentalis.
