摘要
现代学徒制是传统学徒制与班级授课制优势互补的结晶,是职业教育由规模发展向内涵发展转变的产物。现代学徒制作为一种技术技能型人才培养模式,具有"育人"的本性,"学"依然是现代学徒制的根本,"以学为本"成为现代学徒制的生长点;现代学徒制创设了工匠培养的"形"与"神","工匠精神"成为现代学徒制的切入点;"师承模式"作为现代学徒制的表征、工匠精神的载体和人才培养质量的保障,是实践现代学徒制的落脚点。
as the combination of modern apprenticeship and classroom teaching,modern apprenticeship comes out in the process of quantitative development towards qualitative development.Modern apprenticeship,a cultivating mode of technical talents,has its root in cultivation.Learning is still the base for Modern apprenticeship while"learning as the root"is the growing point of Modern apprenticeship.Craftsmanship becomes the point cut of modern apprenticeship.Following prestigious masters,as the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,the carrier of craftsmanship and the guarantee of talents cultivation,is the foothold of modern apprenticeship.
