重选—浮选联合回收某硫化钼尾矿中氧化钼钨矿 被引量:7

摘要 某硫化钼尾矿组成复杂,碳酸盐矿物、萤石、粘土矿物等易浮脉石含量较大,实际生产中回收氧化钼钨矿的成本较高。试验采用Falcon离心机重选预选、离心精矿再浮选的方法,回收硫化钼尾矿中的氧化钼钨。结果表明,采用Falcon重选预选,可提前抛除51.77%的尾矿,重选精矿再经1次粗选3次扫选1次预精选和4次加温精选,可获得含Mo 18.92%和WO326.79%的氧化钼钨混合精矿,钼钨回收率分别为55.29%、62.51%,达到了降低生产成本的目的。该方法对于伴生低品位白钨矿以及氧化钼矿的回收,具有一定的借鉴意义。 The cost of bulk flotation for tungsten and molybdenum oxides from a molybdenum sul-fide tailings is very high because of the existence of many carbonate minerals and clay minerals. In this paper, the process of gravity concentration - flotation was applied to recover the tungsten and molybdenum oxides from the molybdenum tailings. The results of the tests showed that tungsten and molybdenum bulk concentrate contained 18. 92% Mo with the recovery of 55. 29% and 26. 79%W03 with the recovery of 62. 51% was obtained by a unite technology process, which included gravity concentration with Falcon centrifugal concentrator, the rough concentrate further treated with one stage of roughing, three stages of scavenging, one stage of pre - concentrating and another four stages of heating concentrating. This method provided a reference to the recovery of low - grade white tungsten ore and molybdenum oxide.
