以水为冷却介质的钢丝索氏体化热处理工艺探讨

摘要 针对钢丝铅浴淬火索氏体热处理存在污染、以及多丝热处理时通条性差等问题,提出以水代铅新工艺。分别以水雾喷射方式和高温水浴方式说明以水为冷却介质的钢丝索氏体化热处理过程和原理,分析影响钢丝水浴热处理性能的因素。给出2.17 mm 82B钢丝水雾喷射方式索氏体热处理具体参数,采用该方式处理后的钢丝索氏体化率可达95%以上,片间距为0.15~0.30μm,抗拉强度为1 199 MPa,面缩率为55%,延伸率为13.5%,晶粒度12~14级;给出1.5 mm、1.7 mm中碳钢高温水浴方式索氏体热处理具体参数及注意事项。 Aiming at the problem of pollution and multi-wire heat treatment total length quality poor existing in steel wire molten lead quenching sorbite heat treatment,the new process of substitute water for lead is put forward. The steel wire sorbite heat treatment process and principle of water cooling medium are illustrated by water spray injector way and high temperature water bath way separately,the factors of influencing steel wire water bath heat treatment properties are analyzed.Diameter 2. 17 mm 82 B steel wire water spray injector way sorbite heat treatment parameters are given. The steel wire sorbite rate treated with the method can reach over 95%,interlamellar space is 0. 15 ~ 0. 30 μm,tensile strength is 1 199 MPa,area reduction is 55%,elongation percentage is 13. 5%,grain size is 12 ~ 14 grade. The parameters and attention matter of diameter 1. 5,1. 7 mm medium carbon steel high temperature water bath sorbite heat treatment are given.
