摘要
基于GB/T 8706—2006/ISO 17893:2004,就YB/T 4398—2014填充钢丝(股)被视为单独层、相同结构类别钢丝绳股出现属性不一致、K6×19-7FC类钢丝绳股归属"19丝类股"与"FC"前置系数"7"、组绳外层股结构类别和股数相同单层股独立钢芯钢丝绳与平行捻密实钢丝绳列为同类钢丝绳、NK15×K7-IWRC类钢丝绳在"IWRC"前置符号"-"与外层股数大于结构类别显示绳股数、一些不同组别(类别)钢丝绳出现共用相同重量系数与最小破断拉力系数的合理性进行探讨,分析认为对多工序交叉捻股钢丝绳不宜进行压实。建议在继续积累相关数据基础上,进一步完善标准,使其更加合理。
Based on GB/T8706—2006/ISO17893:2004 to discuss such problems existing YB/T4398—2014 as filling steel wire or strand to be regarded as individual layer,same structure classes wire rope strand appears disagree attribution,the class K6 × 19-7FC wire rope belonging to"19 wires strand class"and placing coefficient 7 before"FC",the single layer independent rope core wire rope with the same composing rope outer layer strand structure class and the same strands was classified as equal lay compact wire rope,NK15 × K7-IWRC class wire rope place symbol "-"before IWRC,outer strand quantity is more than structure class showing rope strand quantity,some different group(class) wire rope appears sharing the same weight coefficient and minimum breaking force coefficient. It is considered by analyzing that the compaction rope closing is not suitable for multi-operation cross stranding wire rope. It is suggested to further perfect the standard and make it more reasonable on the basis of keeping accumulating relative data.
