家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者生命质量的影响

Influence of family nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia

目的:观察家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者生命质量的影响。方法:选择精神分裂症患者66例,并将其随机分成观察组和对照组各33例。两组均行电话随访,观察组在此基础上给予家庭护理干预,连续6个月。采用生命质量综合问卷(GQOLI)评价两组的生命质量。结果:观察组的各项GQOLI量化表指标评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:家庭护理干预有助于提高精神分裂症患者的生命质量。

Objective To observe influence of family nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： 66 patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n = 33） and control group （n = 33）. Both groups were given telephone follow-up. Besides, the observation group received the family nursing intervention for 6 months. The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated with GQOLI. Results： The scores of GQOLI indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The application of family nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients with schizophrenia.
