摘要
为了加强对中小河流的洪水管理,分别构建中小河流域水文学模型、Mike11模型以及Mike21FM模型,运用Mike Flood对一、二维模型进行耦合计算,对中小河流进行洪涝风险分析。以徐州市丰县复新河左岸地区为例,建立洪水演进数值模型,分析复新河的防洪能力以及不同暴雨情况下研究区内涝情况。结果表明:研究区域基本满足20年一遇防洪能力,部分中小河流排涝能力不足,导致部分地区内涝较严重。
In order to strengthen the flood management of medium and small rivers, a hydrological model, a Mikell model, and a Mike21FM model were established. One- and two-dimensional hydrodynamic models were coupled using Mike Flood and were used to analyze the flood and waterlogging risks of medium and small rivers. Using the left bank area of the Fuxin River in Fengxian County of Xuzhou City as an example, a numerical model of flood routing was established to analyze the flood control capacity of the Fuxin River and the waterlogging of the study area during different rainstorms. The results show that the flood control capacity of the study area can meet the 20-year return-period flood control standard. The drainage capacities of some medium and small rivers were so poor that some regions showed serious waterlogging.
