摘要
对《临证指南医案》中诊疗血证的病案及方药进行归纳、分析,认为叶天士在《临证指南医案》中诊疗血证多从调畅脏腑气机着手,重视升阳除湿、化瘀通络,且指出郁证亦可导致血证,并注重血证预后的情志调养。
The paper summarized and analyzed some cases of blood syndrome and prescriptions recorded in Linzheng Zhinan Yi＇an （Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records）, which was written by YE Tianshi, a fa- mous doctor of Qing Dynasty. Doctor YE treated blood syndrome by regulating qi activity initially, attached impor- tance to ascending yang, removing dampness, resolving blood stasis and dredging collateral. YE found depression could cause blood syndrome, so prognostic recuperation for emotion was emphasized together.
