鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的制备工艺优选

Optimization of the preparation technology for Jixueteng Zonghuangtong Diwan

目的优选鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的制备工艺。方法以滴丸的外观质量、溶散时间、丸重差异作为考察指标,采用加权评分法综合评分,运用正交试验优选鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结果制备鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的最佳工艺为:以聚乙二醇(PEG)4000∶PEG6000为1∶7做混合基质,药物与基质按质量比例为1∶3投料,滴头内径为4.5 mm,滴距为10 cm,滴速为30滴/min,冷却剂温度为8℃。结论该制备工艺稳定、可行,产品质量较好,为鸡血藤总黄酮滴丸的制备生产提供了参考依据。

Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Jixueteng Zonghuangtong Diwan （Caulis Spatholobi total flavonoids dropping pills）. Methods Based on appearance quality, dissolution time and weight difference of the pills were taken as evaluation indicators to optimize the preparation conditions for the drug by using orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum conditions were as follows： the ratio of the mixed matrix was PEG4000 ： PEG6000 = 1 ： 7,the mass ratio of drug to matrix was 1 ： 3, the drop head diameter was 4.5 ram, the dropping length was 10 cm, dropping speed was 30 drips/min, the coolant temperature was 8℃. Conclusion The preparation method is stable and reliable as well as the product is of high quality, providing a reference basis for the pills＇ preparation.
