摘要
采用生物电测试与主观量表测试相结合的方法,探讨健美操运动不同情境下作业练习带给学生运动愉悦感的规律。主要结论如下:1)采用客观生物电测量与运动者主观量表测试相结合的方法,研究健美操运动的运动愉悦感规律,两种测试所得到的结果具有较好的一致性。2)健美操运动中的核心致趣要素是肢体动作与音乐韵律的恰和。3)观察视频与实际跳操相比,实际跳操运动实践活动能够获得更多的运动愉悦感受。4)熟练者以熟练的技术动作演绎曲调的内涵意境,在观察和实际跳操过程中中文歌曲比英文歌曲能带来更多的运动愉悦感受;而初学者由于专注于动作的完成和节奏的依赖,在观察情境下表现为对中文歌曲偏好,而在实际跳操情境下则表现为对英文歌曲的偏好。5)普通未学者观察视频活动与初学者和熟练者实际跳操活动相比,也能获得明显的愉悦感受。
The study explores the law of movements pleasure of students in different situations of aerobics exercises by combining bioelectricity test with subjective scale test. The main conclusions are as follows : 1. The authors studies the law of movements pleasure in aerobics by using the method of combination of objective bioelectric measurement with subjec- tive scale test of athletes. The results of the two tests have a good consistency. 2. The core element of pleasant in aerobics is the proper harmony of body movements and musical rhythms. 3. The study shows that the practice of actual aerobics exer- cise can get more movements pleasure by comparing video with the actual aerobics. 4. Skilled artists deduce the tone of the connotation of the mood with skilled technical action and Chinese songs can bring more movements pleasure than English songs in the observation and actual aerobics exercises process. Beginners prefer Chinese songs in the process of observa- tion, because they focus on the completion of the action and the dependence of rhythm. However, in the actual situation they prefer English songs. 5. Compared with the actual activity of beginners and skilled students, ordinary people who have never learned aerobics can also get obvious pleasure by observing related video.
