引经药相关研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of literatures related to guiding drugs

目的通过检索和分析引经药相关文献,了解其研究现状。方法以引经药为关键词,通过适当的检索策略检索中国知网(CNKI)文献总库、万方数据库等多个数据库,利用Note Express3.0文献管理软件对检索的文献进行分析。结果经过筛选所得389篇以引经药为关键词的文献,发现取得基金支持以及科研成果最多的研究机构是中国中医科学院,其研究引经药的内容最为丰富。研究的主题主要包括引经药的历史源流、功效及其临床应用。结论近几十年来关于引经药的研究获得较多的关注,并积累了大量的临床经验和丰富的知识理论,但仍需要加强对其机制的深入研究。同时也应针对不同的引经药设计大量严谨的随机对照试验,为引经药临床应用的规范化研究提供依据。

Objective To investigate the status of Chinese medicine by searching and analyzing the relevant literatures. Methods The literatures were searched from Chinese literature（CNKI） and Wanfang database＂,guiding drugs＂was used as the key word. All the selected papers were analyzed using Note Express 3.0 software. Results A total of 389 papers were selected. The research institutes with the most funding supports and achievements in scientific research is China Academy of Chinese M edical Science（CACMS）. Researches of CACMS on guiding drugs are comprehensive and systematic. The main themes of the study include origin of drug, efficacy and clinical application of guiding drugs. Conclusion In recent decades, a lot of clinical experiences and theories about guiding drugs have been accumulated. However, mechanisms of guiding drugs need to be further studied. Besides, abundant and rigorous randomized controlled trials on guiding drugs are needed in clinical practice.
