基于数据挖掘方法分析国医大师徐经世教授诊治痤疮用药规律与特点研究

目的:分析国医大师徐经世教授诊治痤疮的辨证思维、处方、用药规律及特点。方法:采用传统研究手段与数据挖掘技术相结合的方法,遵循"人机结合,以专家为主"的原则,对国医大师徐经世教授诊治痤疮的临证经验进行整理、结构化处理,再通过数据挖掘技术分析其诊治痤疮的症、证、方、药规律。结果:71例痤疮患者中肝郁化火证占63.38%。常用前10味中药频次由多到少为:白芍、甘草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、石斛、茺蔚子、野菊花、连翘、黄连、竹茹;复杂网络图显示白芍、酸枣仁、石斛、甘草、黄连为核心药物,其中最核心药物为白芍;无尺度网络分析发现4组中药配伍,为白芍—竹茹—甘草—野菊花—石斛—合欢皮—酸枣仁;连翘—茺蔚子—野菊花;绿梅花—枳壳;女贞子—远志。结论:基于数据挖掘技术方法较好总结徐经世教授采用甘平药物调肝达到治疗痤疮的目的。

The top 10 commonly used herbs frequency from more to less： peony, licorice, jujube, Albizia, Dendrobium, chongweizi, wild chrysanthemum, forsythia, Coptis, bamboo shavings; The complex network graph showed that Radix Paeoniae Alba, wild jujube, Dendrobium, licorice and Rhizoma Coptidis were the core drugs; The scale-free network analysis found that 4 groups of traditional Chinese medicines, White peony - Bamboo shavings -Licorice- Mother chrysanthemum- dendrobe -Cortex Albiziae- Semen Ziziphi Spinosae;Forsythia - chongweizi - wild chrysanthemum; green plum - Fructus aurantii; Ligustrum lucidum - Polygala. Conclusion： the methods of data mining technology based on good summary of Professor Xu Jingshi using Ganping drugs to treat acne, the purpose of regulating the liver.
