芪柏生肌纱布浸条治疗糖尿病足病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Baisheng Muscle Strips of Gauze Dip for the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Disease

目的:研究分析芪柏生肌纱布浸条对糖尿病足病的临床疗效。方法:选择2014-2016年我科收治的糖尿病足患者为研究对象,所有患者均在基础治疗的前提下给予芪柏生肌纱布浸条外用治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。并对比患者治疗前后生活质量。结果:1个疗程后,痊愈6例,显效8例,有效10例;治疗2个疗程后,痊愈18例,显效4例,有效2例;经过3个疗程的治疗后,除1例放弃治疗外,全部治愈。治疗后患者生活质量显著改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪柏生肌纱布浸条外用治疗糖尿病足患者,效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiboshengji Gauze of Diabetic foot disease. Method ： all of patients with Diabetic foot disease are selected as research object from 2014 to 2016 in Our department. All of the patients were given Qiboshengji Gauze on the basis of Basic treatment. Observe the therapeutic effect of patients and compare the quality of life of patients before and after the treatment. Results： After 1 courses of treatment, there were 6 cases recovered, 8 cases obviously effective, 10 cases effective;after 2 courses of treatment, there were 18cases recovered, 4 cases obviously effective, 2 cases effective. After 3 courses of treatment, all cases were cured except 1 cases give up the treatment. Afte the treatment , the quality of patients＇ life were improved significantly, Compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： Qiboshengji Gauze is good at the treatment of diabetic foot disease, it is worthy of popularization and aoolication.
