摘要
以某轴系两端型号为NU2215的圆柱滚子轴承为例,对其滚子进行对数素线凸度设计,并基于RomaxCLOUD对不同凸度量下滚子与套圈的接触应力进行分析,得到在径向载荷90 kN工况下,最优凸度量为6.936μm。同时对相同凸度不同载荷下滚子与套圈的接触应力进行分析,结果表明:当载荷超过正常加载范围时,对数素线滚子仍会出现边缘效应,其载荷应控制在0.1Cr^0.5Cr范围内。
Taking cylindrical roller bearings NU2215 for both ends of a shaft system as exemples,the crowning of rollers with logarithmic generatrix is analyzed. Based on RomaxCLOUD,the contact stress of rollers and rings is analyzed under different crowning values. The optimal crowning is 6. 936 μm under radial load of 90 kN. The contact stress of rollers and rings is analyzed under same crowning and different loads. The results show that the rollers with logarithmic generatrix still have edge effect when the load exceeds normal loading range,and the load should be controlled in the range of 0. 1Cr~ 0. 5Cr.
