摘要
分析3MT4300系列圆锥滚子球基面磨床有磁贯穿通过磨削的原理,对隔离盘进行设计。当圆锥滚子球基面半径R_(SR)=D_w/(2sinβ)时,要使齿槽的工作面延长线通过隔离盘的回转中心,即圆锥滚子轴心线通过隔离盘中心;当圆锥滚子球基面R_(SR)≠D_w/(2sinβ)时,隔离盘齿槽的工作面延长线应与隔离盘的回转中心有一偏心量e。
The grinding principle of 3MT4300 series magnetic through grinder for spherical reference surface of tapered rollers is analyzed,and the spacing disk is designed. When the spherical reference surface radius R_(SR)= D_w/( 2sin β),it is noted that the extension line on working surface of cogging should passes through center of rotation of spacing disk,that is the axis line of tapered rollers pass through center of spacing disk. When the spherical reference surface radius R_(SR)≠D_w/( 2sin β),there is an eccentricity e between center of rotation of spacer disk and extension line on working surface of cogging in spacing disk.
